Real Madrid are reportedly preparing a €100 million bid to secure the services of Victor Osimhen from Galatasaray, according to reports from Fichajes.
The LaLiga champions are said to be exploring ways to reposition Kylian Mbappé, who has been deployed as a centre forward since joining the club. Madrid’s technical team believe Mbappé would be far more effective operating from the left flank — his preferred and most natural role.
To facilitate this tactical adjustment, Los Blancos have identified Osimhen as the ideal striker to lead the line. The Super Eagles star is viewed as a complete No. 9, offering elite finishing ability, explosive execution, intelligent movement, and consistent goal-scoring output — qualities Madrid feel are crucial to strengthening their attack.
Galatasaray signed Osimhen permanently last summer for €75 million and are expected to demand a significant profit should Madrid submit an official offer. The Turkish champions are aware of his rising value and impressive form this season, which has already drawn attention across Europe.
However, it is still unclear whether Galatasaray would be open to negotiating Osimhen’s departure, given his importance to the squad and the substantial investment made to secure his signature.
