Controversial Nigerian singer Portable has alleged that he received N20 million from Burna Boy to confront fellow entertainer Speed Darlington during a past dispute.
In a video circulating online, Portable claimed the payment was tied to a boxing-style clash linked to an earlier feud between Burna Boy and Speed Darlington. According to him, the money was delivered after he fulfilled his part of the arrangement.
He stated that he stepped in during the disagreement, which involved public exchanges and insults, and that his actions led to the promised reward being paid in full.
Portable also emphasised that Burna Boy honoured the agreement, noting that he would have spoken out publicly if the payment had not been made.
In a related development, the singer extended a similar proposal to Wizkid, offering to confront comedian Carter Efe in exchange for N20 million.
The claims have stirred reactions online, though there has been no official response from Burna Boy, Speed Darlington, Wizkid, or Carter Efe at the time of filing this report.
