Barcelona star Pedri says he would prefer winning the UEFA Champions League with his club over claiming the prestigious Ballon d’Or.
The Spain international, who is among the frontrunners for the 2025 Ballon d’Or, admitted that team success means more to him than individual accolades.
“The Ballon d’Or? I would rather win the Champions League with Barcelona,” Pedri told TouchlineX.
“I never valued individual trophies. What counts for me is my team winning every game and making the fans enjoy and be proud.”
Pedri is in contention for the award alongside Ousmane Dembele, Lamine Yamal, Kylian Mbappe, Mohamed Salah, Vitinha, and Raphinha.
