Veteran Nollywood actor Pa James has commended Wale Adenuga Productions for its professionalism and consistent payment structure.

According to Pa James, the production outfit ensured that actors were paid promptly for every job, regardless of how small. He noted that even attending a brief meeting could earn compensation, recalling an instance where he was paid after a meeting that lasted only a few minutes.
He described his time on Papa Ajasco as more impactful than he initially expected. What he thought would be a short-term project eventually spanned several years, providing him with steady income and career stability.
The actor added that the financial rewards from the series significantly improved his life, revealing that he was able to purchase a car from his earnings.
Expressing gratitude, Pa James acknowledged the role the production company played in his career growth and personal achievements. He also fondly recalled celebrating a major milestone when the show marked 25 years on air.
