Super Eagles striker Victor Osimhen could be in line to start for Galatasaray when they face Eintracht Frankfurt in their opening UEFA Champions League fixture of the season.
The 26-year-old has been sidelined since sustaining a bruised shin during Nigeria’s 1-0 win over Rwanda in a 2026 World Cup qualifier in Uyo, Akwa Ibom.
However, reports from Harbeler suggest the forward is determined to feature against the Bundesliga side.
Osimhen is said to be ready to make sacrifices, even considering taking an injection, to ensure he is available for the tie. He has reportedly informed Coach Okan Buruk of his intention to play.
The Nigerian has enjoyed success against Frankfurt in the past, scoring three goals in three previous appearances against them.
