Founded in 2020, IRE Homes has evolved into a full-fledged lifestyle brand, offering bespoke furniture, imported collections, and end-to-end interior design solutions. Mariam says her mission is to “bridge the gap between affordability and global quality standards,” enabling Nigerians to upgrade their spaces without sacrificing style or durability.
Despite challenges such as rising material costs and logistics hurdles, Mariam’s strategic pivot from furniture sales to a complete lifestyle brand has been a turning point. Today, IRE Homes supports local artisans, promotes “Made-in-Nigeria” excellence, and provides sustainable jobs within the design sector.
Balancing acting and entrepreneurship, Mariam explains that the two worlds complement each other. “Acting has taught me empathy and storytelling, skills I use in business daily.
