Super Falcons head coach Justine Madugu has been offered a two-year contract by the Nigeria Football Federation (NFF), confirming his appointment as the substantive manager of the multiple African champions.
Madugu has been in charge of the team on an interim basis since the resignation of Randy Waldrum last year. Under his leadership, the Falcons clinched a record-extending 10th Women’s Africa Cup of Nations (WAFCON) title in Morocco in 2024.
The new deal marks a vote of confidence in Madugu’s leadership and success with the team.
Meanwhile, the Super Falcons are preparing for their WAFCON 2026 qualifier against Benin Republic, with Madugu naming a 21-player squad for the encounter.
