Senator Ned Nwoko’s Moroccan wife, Laila Charani, has levelled serious accusations against fellow wife Regina Daniels, claiming the actress introduced her to illicit drugs six years ago.
Charani made the claims in a recent Instagram post, responding to Regina’s earlier accusation that her co-wives were involved in drug use. She said the actress was the one who initially exposed her to substance abuse and that only Nwoko’s swift intervention saved her marriage.
“You know too well that I almost lost my marriage when you introduced me to drugs six years ago, and it was my husband’s quick insistence on intervention that rescued me from that dark path,” she wrote.
Charani further alleged that Regina has been a negative influence since joining the family, accusing her of giving drugs to domestic staff and even her younger sister. She also claimed Regina struggles with both drug and alcohol addiction, allegations Regina previously denied.
According to Charani, the current tensions between Regina and Nwoko stem from the senator’s alleged insistence that the actress seek help for her substance use. She stressed that her husband does not smoke or drink alcohol.
In her most explosive claim, Charani accused Regina of engaging in sexual relationships with women around her.
“You infested everyone with your virus… I will not trust my daughters around you unsupervised, especially when I found out you were sleeping with every single girl around you,” she alleged.
Charani urged Regina to seek psychological help and stop involving other wives in her ongoing conflict with Nwoko.
As of the time of this report, Regina Daniels has not publicly responded to the allegations.
