
Morocco’s Othmane Maamma and USA’s Benjamin Cremaschi emerged as the standout performers at the FIFA U-20 World Cup in Chile, claiming the Golden Ball and Golden Boot awards, respectively.
The honours came after Morocco defeated Argentina 2-0 in the final on Sunday night to clinch their first-ever U-20 World Cup title.
Two first-half goals from Yassir Zabiri sealed victory for the North Africans at the Estadio Nacional Julio Martínez Prádanos.
