Mighty Jets head coach, Ere Dokubo, has expressed confidence that his team will recover quickly following their 3-1 defeat to FC Basira in the Nigeria National League (NNL) season opener.
The Jos-based side struggled in their first outing but Dokubo insisted that the loss has already been put behind them as the team shifts focus to their next fixture.
“We’ll put this behind us and focus on the next game,” Dokubo said after the match.
“We have two weeks to prepare, and I’m confident we’ll bounce back stronger.”
The remainder of the matchday one fixtures are scheduled to take place across all designated NNL centres this weekend.
