Former Arsenal midfielder Paul Merson believes the Premier League title race will be effectively decided if the Gunners defeat Chelsea on Sunday.
Arsenal currently sit six points clear at the top after wins over Tottenham and Bayern Munich. A victory at Stamford Bridge would extend their lead to nine points.
“If Arsenal win it, I think it is good night nurse. I think it will be all over,” Merson said on Sky Sports, adding that Mikel Arteta’s men would “blow everyone away”.
