Wikki Tourists’ technical adviser, Abdullahi Maikaba, says he remains upbeat about his team’s chances despite their 1-0 defeat to Nasarawa United — their first loss of the season.
The Bauchi Elephants sit fourth on the NPFL table with seven points, and Maikaba insists lessons have been learned.
“We’ve identified where we need to improve, and we’ll go back to the drawing board and work on those lapses ahead of our next game in Katsina,” Maikaba told the club’s media.
Wikki Tourists will travel to face Katsina United in a matchday five fixture at the Muhammadu Dikko Stadium this weekend.
