Kwara United technical adviser, Tunde Sanni, has expressed confidence that his side will secure their first victory of the campaign when they host Kun Khalifat FC on Sunday in Ilorin.
The Harmony Boys have endured a difficult start to the season, failing to win any of their opening two fixtures. With just a single point, they currently sit in 16th place on the Nigeria Premier Football League (NPFL) table.
Sanni emphasized that the team is fully focused on turning their fortunes around this weekend.
“We are approaching this fixture with the seriousness it deserved, our focus is to deliver a strong performance and start picking points without delay,” he said.
Kwara United will be looking to capitalize on home advantage as they aim to kick-start their campaign with a positive result.
