Kwara United goalkeeper, Nurudeen Badmus, has been named the club’s Player of the Month for October, following a string of outstanding performances between the sticks.
Badmus emerged winner after polling 85.71% of the votes, ahead of teammates Aule Johnmark, Gidado Toheeb, and Yahaya Ibrahim.
The young shot-stopper kept two clean sheets during the month — against Katsina United and Rangers International — helping the Harmony Boys climb further up the NPFL table.
His consistency and composure have earned him praise from fans and club officials alike. Badmus was also in goal when Kwara United defeated defending champions Remo Stars 3–1 in their first game of November.
