Kwara United have confirmed the appointment of Ashifat Suleiman as their new technical adviser.
The Ilorin-based club announced the decision on Wednesday, following Suleiman’s brief but steady spell in interim charge after the exit of former coach Tunde Sanni.
During his three matches in charge, Suleiman led the Harmony Boys to one win, one draw, and one defeat, earning praise for his tactical discipline and player management.
Reacting to his appointment, Suleiman expressed appreciation to the club’s management for the trust reposed in him, pledging to work closely with his technical crew to achieve the team’s season objectives.
“I’m grateful for the opportunity and the confidence the management has shown. We will keep working hard collectively to make Kwara United stronger,” he said.
Kwara United will next face Rangers International at the Nnamdi Azikiwe Stadium in Enugu this weekend as they continue their push for a stronger league position.
