Acclaimed Nigerian actor and filmmaker Kunle Afolayan has released the official trailer for his highly anticipated Netflix series, Anikulapo: The Ghoul Awakens.
The six-part sequel to the award-winning film Anikulapo is set to premiere on Netflix on January 30, promising viewers a gripping tale of power, love, and survival.
In his announcement, Afolayan wrote:

The series continues the story of Saro, who returns from death with the extraordinary power to resurrect the dead, navigating dangerous landscapes and confronting impossible challenges along the way.
Filmed in Ghana in partnership with the National Film Authority, the show features a talented ensemble cast including Okusaga Adeoluwa, Kiekie, Antar Laniyan, and Saidi Balogun.
