Nigerian singer Korede Bello has emphasised that the quality of life matters more than its length.
During his Instagram series, Wellness Wednesday, Bello encouraged fans to focus on living meaningfully and making a positive impact rather than solely aiming for longevity.
“The true value of life is not how long you live, but how well you live,” he said. “Our bodies keep us alive long enough to do something good, contribute to the ecosystem of life, and leave the room better than we met it.”
Bello cited historical figures such as Alexander the Great and Jesus Christ as examples of people who lived relatively short lives but left lasting legacies.
He also highlighted wellness as a tool to remain strong and capable of fulfilling one’s purpose, urging fans to prioritise self-care to achieve meaningful contributions.
