Leaders allied to Deputy President Kithure Kindiki have maintained that the Mt Kenya region will not relinquish the deputy president’s seat, urging ODM party leader Oburu Oginga to seek another position.
Speaking at the FGCK Church in Evurore, Mbeere North, the leaders termed Oginga’s remarks vexatious and provocative, insisting that the DP’s seat is not vacant. Kindiki, who was present, downplayed the matter and called for calm, urging leaders to focus on the country’s socio-economic transformation.
