Reality TV star and billionaire heir Kiddwaya, son of businessman Terry Waya, has revealed why he avoids dating women who are not financially stable.
Speaking on the Off The Record podcast, Kiddwaya said his experiences have shown that relationships with women from lower-income backgrounds can become complicated once they are introduced to his affluent lifestyle.
According to him, such women may initially be humble and appreciative, but their attitudes often change over time as they begin to crave luxury and social validation.
“At first, they’re thankful, everything feels new and exciting. But after a few months, they start comparing themselves to others,” he said. “They want the same bags, the same trips, and soon, what was once special becomes expected. The entitlement sets in and sometimes turns into rudeness.”
The former Big Brother Naija housemate explained that this growing sense of entitlement often creates friction in relationships, which is why he now prefers partners who share similar values and outlooks on life.
“That’s been my biggest issue dating someone from a lower class and bringing them into my lifestyle,” he added.
Kiddwaya emphasized that dating within one’s social or financial class helps maintain balance and mutual understanding in relationships.
The reality star, known for his luxurious lifestyle and outspoken personality, has previously made headlines for his candid takes on wealth, success, and relationships.
