Nigerian striker Jerome Akor Adams came off the bench to score the decisive goal as Sevilla edged Rayo Vallecano 1-0 in their LaLiga clash on Sunday.
Adams, who replaced Isaac Romero in the second half, struck three minutes from time to seal Sevilla’s victory and open his goal account for the season.
The 24-year-old former Montpellier forward has now made five league appearances this campaign. His compatriot Chidera Ejuke was an unused substitute.
