Actor and film producer Ibrahim Yekini, popularly known as Itele, has recorded a major milestone with his latest project, Koleoso, which has emerged as one of Nigeria’s most searched series in 2025.
The achievement places the Yoruba-language production alongside global streaming titles such as Netflix’s Wednesday and Squid Game, highlighting its growing popularity among Nigerian audiences.
Reacting to the development, Itele attributed the series’ success to organic growth, consistent storytelling, and strong audience engagement, rather than aggressive promotion.
