The Health Committee session was disrupted for about 30 minutes on Tuesday after it degenerated into a shouting match between Health Cabinet Secretary Aden Duale and Kitutu Chache South MP Anthony Kibagendi.
The two traded accusations over the Social Health Authority (SHA).
