DCP leader Rigathi Gachagua has once again accused President William Ruto of plotting to silence him, following chaotic scenes that erupted during a church service in Nyeri last Sunday.
The accusations come as other opposition leaders announce plans to pursue legal action against those responsible for the violence at ACK Witima Church in Othaya, which saw dozens of women and children exposed to tear gas, while several vehicles were vandalised.
Meanwhile, Interior Cabinet Secretary Kipchumba Murkomen has vowed that the violence witnessed on Sunday will not be repeated.
