Renowned Fuji musician Shanko Rasheed Atanda has announced the passing of his first son, Jamaldeen Atanda.
The artiste shared the heartbreaking news on Instagram on Friday, expressing deep sorrow over the loss. In his post, Atanda described losing a child as a tragedy no parent should have to endure and offered prayers for his son’s peaceful rest.
“So sad, no parent prays to lose a child in their lifetime, but Alhamdulilahi Jamaldeen Emrs Atanda JNR rest well my champ. I will surely tell you all about it when I see you again. Omo Ola sun reeee,” he wrote.
Atanda did not provide details regarding the circumstances or timing of Jamaldeen’s death. The announcement has prompted an outpouring of condolences from fans and fellow artists within the Fuji music community.
