France became the latest country to book their ticket after a commanding 4–0 victory over Ukraine on Thursday night.
Kylian Mbappé scored twice, while Michael Olise and Hugo Ekitike added one goal each for Les Bleus.
In Group I, Norway’s 4–1 win over Estonia has all but confirmed their qualification, placing them ahead of Italy.
As co-hosts, the United States, Canada and Mexico already hold automatic slots.
They join at least 27 other qualified nations, including debutants Cape Verde, Jordan and Uzbekistan.
