The programme, which took place on December 28 and 29, 2025, drew students from secondary schools across Enugu State for intensive, hands-on sessions focused on artificial intelligence, robotics, coding, and creative problem-solving, aligning with the state’s push for innovation-led education.
The workshop was formally inaugurated by the State Attorney-General and Commissioner for Justice, Hon. Osinachi Nnajieze, who represented Governor Peter Mbah. He reaffirmed the administration’s commitment to preparing young people for emerging global opportunities through technology-driven learning.
Participants received training from experienced technology professionals based in the United States and Europe, ensuring exposure to global standards while encouraging locally adaptable solutions.
Students who attended the workshop described it as eye-opening, noting that it offered practical exposure to advanced technologies and deepened their interest in STEM-related fields.
The success of the programme was also attributed to the support of Hon. Chinedu Okoro, whose partnership with the state government continues to advance education reform and youth-focused initiatives.
