Paris Saint-Germain coach Luis Enrique has praised teenager Senny Mayulu after the 19-year-old scored in a 2-1 Champions League victory over Barcelona on Wednesday.
Ferran Torres had put Barcelona ahead in the first half at the Estadi Olímpic Lluís Companys before Mayulu levelled for the visitors. Gonçalo Ramos struck late to seal the win for PSG.
Enrique said Mayulu’s contribution reflected his growing influence in the squad.
“He has a lot of power, he brings so much to the table,” the Spaniard told reporters.
“He has a lot of quality and can play both inside and outside. I am very lucky to have him.”
PSG will turn their attention to domestic duties when they visit Lille in Ligue 1 this weekend.
