England manager Sarina Wiegman has been crowned Best Women’s Coach at the 2025 Ballon d’Or awards after guiding the Lionesses to Euro 2025 glory.
Wiegman, who also led England to their historic European triumph in 2022, dedicated the award to the continued rise of women’s football.
“The women’s game has grown so far; we have broken records,” she said.
“This is not just a personal honour—I see it as a recognition of the women’s game, of our journey and how far we’ve come.”
