Enyimba technical adviser, Stanley Eguma, has stressed the need for his players to sharpen their finishing in front of goal.
The People’s Elephant have managed just one goal in two matches in the Nigeria Premier Football League (NPFL) this season.
Enyimba squandered several scoring opportunities in their last outing against Niger Tornadoes in Aba, a concern Eguma insists must be addressed before their upcoming Oriental derby against Abia Warriors in Umuahia this weekend.
“We created so many scoring opportunities but didn’t take them. That’s one area we must improve on,” Eguma told newsmen.
The Aba giants currently sit sixth on the NPFL table with four points from their opening two fixtures.
