Nigerian disc jockey Kudirat Gbemisola, widely known as DJ Kulet, has shared a deeply personal story about her childhood, revealing that she once battled with a habit of stealing.
The entertainer made the disclosure during an upcoming episode of the Talk to B podcast, hosted by Nollywood actress Biola Adebayo. A teaser from the interview shows Kulet speaking candidly about a troubling chapter in her early life.
According to her, she frequently stole gold jewellery from acquaintances of her mother and resold them at the popular Yaba market. She recounted the experience as a behaviour she struggled with while growing up.
Kulet added that her mother eventually noticed the pattern and sought help in hopes of preventing the situation from escalating. This led to a series of spiritual consultations aimed at correcting the behaviour.
