Senior Special Assistant on Media to the Delta State Governor, Ossai Ovie Success, has accused the organizers of Big Brother Naija Season 10 of manipulating the results of the just-concluded reality show.
Following the announcement of Imisi as the winner during Sunday’s live finale, Ossai expressed his dissatisfaction on his official X (formerly Twitter) account, alleging that Dede, the first runner-up, was unfairly denied the crown.
He claimed that the show’s producers deliberately avoided declaring another contestant from Delta State as the winner, following last year’s victory by Kellyrae, who also hails from Delta.
“Dede was robbed by BBNaija organizers because Delta boy Kellyrae won last year’s season, so they didn’t want another Delta contestant to win this year’s edition,” Ossai wrote. “She truly deserved the Big Brother Naija crown, not the second position.”
The governor’s aide further alleged that the voting process was manipulated and vowed to take legal action against the show’s producers.
“I’ll be suing Big Brother Naija on behalf of Dede because the voting was rigged. I’m highly disappointed in this season,” he added.
Despite the controversy, Imisi was officially declared the winner of Big Brother Naija Season 10 on October 5, 2025, taking home the ₦150 million grand prize after ten weeks of competition that gripped millions of viewers across Nigeria and beyond.
