Nollywood actress Debbie Shokoya has paid a moving tribute to her late colleague and friend, Allwell Ademola, celebrating her life as one filled with joy, laughter, and warmth.
In a heartfelt post shared on Instagram, Shokoya reflected on Ademola’s personality, describing her as a cheerful and playful soul who embraced life fully. She expressed her belief that the late actress continues to radiate happiness beyond this world, imagining her “laughing and dancing with the angels.”
According to Shokoya, Allwell Ademola’s presence was impossible to ignore, as she carried positivity everywhere she went and left lasting impressions on everyone she encountered. She noted that although her friend is gone, the happiness she shared continues to live on through the people she touched.
Finding comfort in Ademola’s vibrant lifestyle, Shokoya wrote that her late colleague taught a simple but powerful lesson, to live fully and cherish every moment. She added that Ademola’s energy, humour, and love for life remain deeply felt, even after her passing.
Shokoya further described Ademola as someone whose spirit remains alive through her legacy of joy, stating that her memories continue to bring smiles despite the pain of loss.
Allwell Ademola was laid to rest in Lagos following her death on December 27, 2025. She passed away at the age of 49 after suffering a heart attack at her residence.
The late actress was widely remembered for her talent, warmth, and contributions to the Nigerian film industry, with colleagues and fans continuing to celebrate her life and impact.
