Nigerian Afrobeats superstar Davido has revealed details of his recent meeting with French President Emmanuel Macron, describing it as an opportunity to exchange ideas on global progress.
The 32-year-old singer shared photos from the meeting on X (formerly Twitter) on Thursday evening, expressing gratitude for the honour of engaging with the French leader.
“It was an honour meeting @EmmanuelMacron and sharing our visions for a better world,” Davido wrote.
According to the award-winning artist, the discussion focused on collaborative efforts to drive positive change globally, though he did not disclose specific details of the agenda.
Davido was accompanied by his longtime manager, Asa Asika, and popular nightlife entrepreneur Cubana Chief Priest, both of whom appeared alongside him in photos from the meeting.
