Nigerian comedienne Princess has openly appealed to prominent pastors to assist her in finding a suitable life partner, declaring her intention to get married in 2026.
In a video shared on Instagram, the entertainer called on well-known clerics including Jerry Eze, Apostle Selman, Femi Lazarus, Bolaji Idowu, and Pastor Phillip Olubakin, urging them to recommend responsible and kind men from their congregations who are genuinely interested in marriage.
Princess, who is divorced and currently single, said she has spent time praying and fasting about her desire for companionship and believes it is now time to take practical steps. According to her, speaking out publicly is part of backing faith with action.
She stressed that she would not feel ashamed for being honest about her desire to love and be loved again, noting that marriage remains important to her despite her past experiences.
The comedienne specifically requested men in their 40s or early 50s who are serious about commitment. She said widowers or divorcees are welcome, provided they are not separated, and encouraged pastors to forward suitable recommendations directly to her via direct messages.
Expressing confidence in her faith, Princess said she believes her openness will lead to a positive outcome. She added that she expects to be engaged by September, insisting that her decision to speak up is rooted in conviction rather than desperation.
Her video has since generated mixed reactions online, sparking conversations around faith, vulnerability, and societal attitudes toward single and divorced women seeking marriage.
