Nollywood actress Chioma Akpotha has marked her 46th birthday with a heartfelt reflection on life, faith, and personal growth.
The award-winning actress took to Instagram to celebrate the milestone, sharing a message filled with gratitude while acknowledging what she described as God’s unwavering faithfulness through different stages of her life.
In her post, Akpotha expressed appreciation for the gift of another year and highlighted the values she intends to embrace in the new phase of her life.
“Adamma. Adaugo. Ugoeze. Akwugo. +1. Happy birthday to me. Grateful for life, grace, preservation, and the faithfulness of God through every season,” she wrote.
Referencing Psalm 138:8, the actress noted that she believes the new year will usher in a season of protection, strength, and fulfilment.
“This new year, I step in covered, preserved, and strengthened, for ‘The Lord will perfect that which concerns me.’ Psalm 138:8. The beginning of better,” she added.
Beyond celebrating her birthday, Akpotha also spoke about a shift in her personal priorities. According to her, the coming year will be centred on protecting her peace, energy, and purpose while being more intentional about the choices she makes.
She also indicated that she would no longer compromise her own needs to accommodate others.
