NTV has obtained CCTV footage capturing the cold-blooded killing of a businessman by a police officer in Nyeri on Sunday night.
The footage shows the officer shooting the victim from behind at close range, less than 10 metres away. Eyewitnesses allege the officer had cocked his firearm several minutes earlier before trailing the businessman and shooting him in the head, just behind the ear.
