Seven years after her Grammy-winning debut Invasion of Privacy, Cardi B has made her long-awaited return with a sophomore album that blends spectacle, personal revelations, and defiant energy.
Cardi B, Released Am I the Drama? on Friday, which arrives just days after the rap star announced her fourth pregnancy her first child with New England Patriots wide receiver Stefon Diggs and two weeks after winning a Los Angeles court case.
The 23-track project doubles down on Cardi’s trademark boldness, weaving together old hits like “Up” and “WAP” with fresh anthems such as “Outside” and “Imaginary Playerz.” Packed with high-profile collaborations including Janet Jackson, Lizzo, Selena Gomez, Megan Thee Stallion, Summer Walker, Tyla, Kehlani, and Cash Cobain the album embraces the scrutiny around Cardi’s career and flips it into self-assured bravado.

Her personal life has kept her firmly in the spotlight. The relationship with Diggs one of the NFL’s most-watched wide receivers and her pregnancy reveal add another layer of theater to a rollout that already felt larger than life.
Cardi B, who has three children with her ex-husband Offset, will now carry that momentum into her first-ever arena run, the Little Miss Drama Tour, kicking off February 11 in Palm Desert and wrapping in Atlanta this April.
