Nollywood actor Bolanle Ninalowo has publicly addressed rumors surrounding his marriage, insisting he has no regrets about his separation from ex-wife, Bunmi.
The actor, who announced the end of their union in September 2023, reacted strongly to a post shared by blogger and influencer Yeye_kudi_courtroom. The viral post had credited him with an apology, allegedly admitting to infidelity and neglect during his marriage.
Ninalowo quickly dismissed the claims in the comment section, describing the report as “nonsense.” He went further to criticize the blogger personally, warning her to steer clear of his private affairs.
Making his stance clear, the actor reaffirmed that his divorce was a conscious decision he remains proud of.
“I have been separated and divorced since September 2023 and proudly bold of it,” he wrote while condemning the blogger’s claims.
Ninalowo and Bunmi first married in 2007. Their relationship went through a rough patch in 2019 when they separated briefly before reconciling in 2021. Despite efforts to rebuild, the couple eventually parted ways permanently in 2023.
They share two children, Aaliyah and Morakinyo.
The actor’s statement adds to ongoing conversations about celebrity marriages in Nigeria and how public figures navigate the scrutiny that comes with their private lives.
