Controversial media personality Blessing CEO has addressed growing calls for her to release proof of her reported stage 4 breast cancer diagnosis, explaining why she has chosen not to share her medical results publicly.
In a recent video message, she stated that such documents would likely be misunderstood by non-medical audiences, stressing that only trained professionals can accurately interpret them.
“I can’t put my result on social media because a lot of you cannot make a meaning out of it. Only medical doctors can,” she said, adding that she is open to sharing the records privately with credible individuals if necessary.
Blessing CEO revealed that some of her close associates have already taken her medical results to doctors abroad for further evaluation, as efforts continue to secure appropriate treatment.
She also clarified that her decision to go public about her health condition was not driven by a desire to solicit financial assistance. According to her, the aim was to be transparent about her situation during a difficult time.
“The goal was to be vulnerable, not to beg Nigerians for money,” she explained, noting that she initially felt overwhelmed and uncertain about her diagnosis.
Despite this, she acknowledged receiving financial support from followers, describing the contributions, no matter how small, as meaningful.
Blessing CEO added that encouragement from friends played a key role in her decision to share her story, as they advised her not to face the situation alone.
Her comments come amid ongoing reactions online, with supporters expressing sympathy while others continue to call for verification of her claims.
