Based on a short story by Joe Hill (Stephen King’s son), the supernatural horror chronicles the trials of a teenage boy called Finney after a serial child killer abducts him.
In the sequel, The Grabber returns from beyond the grave to haunt Finney and his sister. So far, the film has a 74 per cent critic score, which is decent.
However, everyone seemingly agrees that Black Phone 2 is weaker than its predecessor, although critics have commended Scott Derrickson (the drector) for delivering several genuine scares. You can watch Black Phone 2 in cinema.
