Nollywood actress and producer Bimbo Ademoye is celebrating a special milestone as her father makes his acting debut in her upcoming film.
The AMVCA-winning actress shared a cheerful video on Instagram, vibing and dancing while her dad played the role of her enthusiastic backup dancer. The light-hearted clip captured their bond and the excitement surrounding his first time on set.
Bimbo joked that she promised him “₦30 billion” to convince him to appear in the film, a playful exaggeration she said has now made him fall in love with acting. She praised his performance, describing him as a natural who exceeded her expectations.
“My heart and soul became an actor for me! You guys, pls tell my on-screen papa to watch his back o. There’s a new sheriff in town,” she wrote. “Dada did amazingly well in M.A.F.H., and he’s excited for you to see him in action.”
She teased that the film’s title and release date will be revealed on Wednesday, encouraging fans to guess the name for a chance to win a hug.
Bimbo has always spoken fondly of her father. On his last birthday, she shared a tribute calling him her hero and best friend, adding that there is nothing she wouldn’t do for family.
