Global music icon Beyoncé has officially entered the billionaire ranks, becoming one of the few musicians in history to reach the financial milestone, according to Forbes.
The American singer, songwriter, and entrepreneur now joins an exclusive list that includes Taylor Swift, Rihanna, Bruce Springsteen, and her husband, Jay-Z. The recognition underscores her lasting dominance in music and her growing influence as a business powerhouse.
Forbes credited Beyoncé’s financial leap to a combination of record-setting tours, music earnings, and high-yield business ventures. Her Renaissance World Tour in 2023 emerged as one of the biggest concert events of the year, generating nearly $600 million and reinforcing her global star power.
Rather than slowing down, the 44-year-old superstar expanded her creative reach in 2024 with the release of Cowboy Carter, a genre-blending country album that opened new commercial doors. The project set the stage for the Cowboy Carter Tour in 2025, which grossed more than $400 million in ticket sales, alongside an estimated $50 million from merchandise.
Forbes noted that Beyoncé’s entertainment company, Parkwood Entertainment, played a key role in boosting profits by handling production internally, allowing for stronger margins. When combined with income from her music catalogue, endorsements, and partnerships, the publication estimates she earned about $148 million in 2025 before taxes—ranking her as the world’s third-highest-paid musician this year.
Beyond music, Beyoncé has diversified her portfolio with ventures such as her haircare brand, Cécred, her whiskey label, SirDavis, and major collaborations with brands including Levi’s and Netflix.
Forbes concluded that her billionaire status reflects years of strategic planning, creative reinvention, and business foresight, further cementing Beyoncé’s legacy not just as a cultural icon, but as one of the most successful entrepreneurs in modern entertainment.
