 
        The Benue State Government has dissolved the entire management board of Nigeria National League (NNL) club, Lobi Stars FC.
The announcement was made by the Chief Press Secretary to the Governor, Kula Tersoo, who confirmed that all members of the disbanded management have been instructed to hand over official documents, assets, and responsibilities to the Commissioner for Youth, Sports and Creativity with immediate effect.
According to the statement, the decision takes effect immediately and is intended to reposition the club for enhanced efficiency, accountability, and improved performance in the league.
The government also revealed that a new management structure will be unveiled before the start of the 2025–26 NNL season, which is scheduled to kick off on Saturday, November 8.
