Real Madrid continued their flawless start to the Champions League campaign with a hard-fought 1–0 win over Juventus on Wednesday night.
The La Liga champions found it difficult to break down Igor Tudor’s well-organized side for much of the encounter. The breakthrough eventually came in the second half when Jude Bellingham reacted quickest to a rebound from Vinícius Júnior’s shot that came off the post.
At Stamford Bridge, Chelsea delivered a dominant performance, thrashing Ajax 5–1, with goals from Marc Guiu, Moisés Caicedo, Enzo Fernández, Willian Estevão, and Tyrique George.
Elsewhere, Bayern Munich cruised past Club Brugge with a 4–0 victory, while Liverpool bounced back to form with an emphatic 5–1 win away at Frankfurt.
Meanwhile, the fixtures between Monaco and Tottenham Hotspur as well as Atalanta and Slavia Prague ended in goalless draws.
