Big Brother Naija Season 10 finalist, Kola, has made it clear that he has no plans to pursue a romantic relationship with fellow ex-housemate Dede now that the show has ended.
Kola’s comments come shortly after Dede stated in an interview that she wouldn’t consider dating him even if she were single, citing differences between them.
Speaking with GOTV in a recent post-show interview, Kola said his attention is now firmly on self-improvement and career advancement.
“The show is over. I’m focusing on myself. I’m focusing on my career, work, and what I’m bringing to the world. Right now, the show is over and I’m in the next phase of my life. This is where I’m currently headed,” he said.
The pair’s dynamic in the Big Brother house had sparked fan speculation about a potential romance, but Kola’s recent remarks put such expectations to rest.
While Dede described him as “an amazing person,” she had earlier explained that her feelings for him were not deep enough to build a lasting relationship.
Both housemates have since moved on to individual projects and brand engagements following the end of the “10/10” edition of Big Brother Naija.
