Barcelona is reportedly deliberating the possibility of sending Marcus Rashford back to Manchester United, despite the fact that his loan agreement was intended to last the entire season, according to El Nacional.
Rashford only linked up with the Spanish champions in July, following his exclusion from the first-team setup at Old Trafford. At United, he had been separated from regular training alongside Jadon Sancho, Alejandro Garnacho, Antony, and Tyrell Malacia.
However, the forward is said to be encountering difficulties adjusting to life in Spain. Club officials at Camp Nou are believed to be concerned with his form, and discussions are underway about whether to cut short his loan arrangement.
The 27-year-old has featured in Barcelona’s opening three LaLiga fixtures this season. In the clash against Levante on August 23, he was taken off at halftime with his team trailing 2-0. Barcelona later mounted an impressive rally to overturn the deficit and secure a 3-2 victory.
