Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta has unveiled the club’s official Premier League squad for the 2025/26 season, following the close of the summer transfer window.
The list features 21 senior players, along with an additional group of U21 players and scholars, who are automatically eligible regardless of nationality.
Significantly, at least nine players of Nigerian descent were named among Arsenal’s registered squad members for the new campaign.
According to the Gunners’ website, the Nigeria-eligible names include:

All nine are products of Arsenal’s Hale End Academy. Several of them, including Oyetunde, Ranson, Nichols, Ismail, Nwaneri, and Harriman-Annous, are already on professional contracts.
Notably, Nwaneri, Nichols, and Harriman-Annous have also earned call-ups to Arsenal’s senior matchday squads in the Premier League.
