Tolu Arokodare has expressed strong belief that recently hired Wolverhampton Wanderers manager Rob Edwards has what it takes to guide the team away from the relegation zone. The Midlands side have stumbled through the opening phase of the 2025/26 Premier League campaign, a difficult run of results that ultimately led to the dismissal of former boss Vitor Pereira.
The struggling outfit has collected only two points so far this term and sit at the foot of the league standings. Their most recent outing ended in a 2-0 home defeat to Crystal Palace at Molineux on Saturday.
“He’s let us know that he’s going to be there for us, he’s going to fight for us, and we just have to reward him—and reward the fans who have stuck with us from the start of the season until now,” Arokodare told the club’s official website.
Wolverhampton Wanderers are set to travel for their next Premier League fixture, where they will take on Aston Villa on Sunday.
