Former Manchester United striker Anthony Martial is set to continue his career in Mexico with Monterrey, according to transfer expert Fabrizio Romano.
The Frenchman will line up alongside Real Madrid legend Sergio Ramos at the Liga MX club. Martial has been cleared by AEK Athens to travel for medicals and complete the transfer after both clubs reached an agreement.
Meanwhile, in England, Joao Mendes, the son of Brazilian great Ronaldinho, has signed a one-year deal with Hull City.
The 20-year-old midfielder joined from Burnley, where he featured regularly for the Under-21s before his release earlier this year. Mendes previously came through Barcelona’s famed La Masia academy before moving to England in 2024.
