Air Peace Limited has announced the resumption of its daily return flight operations between Ibadan and Abuja, following the reopening of Ibadan Airport to commercial aviation.
In a statement issued by the airline, the renewed service is scheduled to take effect from December 24, 2025, restoring a key domestic air link for passengers traveling between the Oyo State capital and the nation’s capital.
The resumption forms part of Air Peace’s broader network expansion, which includes the recent restart of its Warri operations and the introduction of additional flight frequencies across several domestic routes. These measures are strategically designed to accommodate increased passenger demand during the yuletide season while supporting sustained capacity growth into 2026.
The Ibadan route is further strengthened by the expansion of Air Peace’s fleet, following the recent delivery of its third Embraer 190 aircraft. The addition enhances schedule reliability, route flexibility, and overall service efficiency across the airline’s domestic network.
Commenting on the development, Air Peace reaffirmed its commitment to connecting underserved destinations, easing travel challenges for passengers, and driving socio-economic activity through safe, reliable, and accessible air transport services.
